How the Illumination Award Is Made

February 11, 2026 at 7:41 pm, No comments
The Illumination Award is handcrafted through a kiln-cast glass process: custom design, hand-layered colors, high-temperature firing, controlled annealing, precision polishing, and final assembly on a solid base. Each piece is unique and created to honor leadership and impact.
