All dies, Molds, designs and materials used for manufacturing remain the property of Dax Art Studio / Sundax Florida / Daxel Lopez. Unauthorized reproduction of designs, programs, and art is prohibited. Customers are responsible for any fees and costs incurred, with debts due and payable at the time of the request.

Important information: In some cases, to purchase a product, it will be necessary to register, with entry of reliable personal data and a password. The user can choose and change the password for your access at any time. All transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include; validation of the method of payment, validation of the invoice (if applicable) and compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method. It may require a verification via email.

Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of the content providers, including but not limited to; the logos, labels, guides and instructions, precautions and other information shown on the website. All content included or available through any service is the exclusive property of Dax Art Studio and is protected by Puerto Rico, USA and international intellectual property laws.

Prohibition: Reproduction of Dax Art Studio content without proper written authorization is prohibited. The Artisan reserves all rights as intellectual property, including without forgetting the designs, arts and finishes. We reserve the right to use photos and information of our finished products in promotions through all forms and media.

Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions, the rights and remedies provided herein, and any and all claims and disputes related to this site and/or the services, will be governed by, construed and applied in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida. All claims and disputes will be brought and you agree to be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orlando, Florida
